Project Description

The Jacksonville Humane Society provides care, comfort and compassion to animals in need while engaging the hearts, hands and minds of our community to bring about an end to the killing of abandoned and orphaned shelter animals. The JHS Medical Fund provides homeless dogs and cats with lifesaving veterinary treatments. This year, JHS will take in more than 6,000 homeless dogs and cats, provide them with compassionate care and medical treatments to find them new, loving homes. This life-saving work would not be possible without the support of our donors and friends.
