50% is such an amazing and functional outlet for people who want to give back but just do not know where it is needed. It is so simple to find an organization that you believe in. I feel very fortunate to have a website like this one where I can rest assured that my donation is going where it is needed and where I intended. Look. Learn. Do. It is really is as simple as that.

Project Description

The First Tee of North Florida's Special Needs program introduces special needs children to the game of golf, and it's inherent values, using equipment that is adapted for persons with disabilities.

During the 4 week program, these children will be introduced to putting, chipping, full swing, and pitching, and will also be introduced to The First Tee's Nine Core Values. These activities and these lessons will serve to boost the self confidence and self-esteem of these children, all while they have a lot of fun on the course!

This program will be available to 2nd through 5th graders and can serve as a precursor to participation in Special Olympics golf.
