Project Description

The Way Clinic is the medical home for low-income, uninsured residents of Clay County. Diabetic patients in Clay County need your help. The Way is experiencing a rising trend in diabetes diagnosis. As you know, early intervention saves lives. Will you help these patients receive their annual diabetic lab tests and yearly monitoring supplies on time?
